Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.

Care for all Age Groups & Medical Conditions

Cerebral Palsy

Acclaimed Home Care can assist a multitude of clients in many different ways. A person with severe CP might need to use special equipment to be able to walk, or might not be able to walk at all and might need lifelong care.

A person with mild CP, on the other hand, might walk a little awkwardly, but might not need any special help.

All people with CP have problems with movement and posture.

Many also have related conditions such as

intellectual disability; seizures;

problems with vision, hearing, or speech; changes in the spine (such as scoliosis); or joint problems (such as contractures).

Downs Syndrome

Down syndrome affects kids' ability to learn in different ways, but most have mild to moderate intellectual impairment. Kids with DS can and do learn, and are capable of developing skills throughout their lives.

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are characterized by social-interaction difficulties, communication challenges and a tendency to engage in repetitive behaviors.

After Surgery Care

Broken Bones and surgery slow us all up and recovery can last for a while after we get home. We don't realise how much we rely on each part of our body until we can't use it for a while.

Usually, people do not spend more than 3 to 5 days in the hospital after hip replacement surgery. Full recovery from the surgery takes about 3 to 6 months, depending on the type of surgery, your overall health, and the success of your rehabilitation.

Acclaimed Home Care is here to pick up the slack. We can assist with getting dressed, in and out of the shower, up and down stairs. Meal Prep, grocery shopping, assistance with mobilization. In fact anything that is preventing you from being independent while you are in recovery.
